Before you enter the room — Terms & Conditions
By requesting an invite and/or attending a CLASP event, you acknowledge and agree:
1. 18+ Only — Valid government ID may be required at entry.
2. Invite-Only Access — Entry is strictly by approval. CLASP may approve, deny, revoke, or remove access at its sole discretion, without explanation.
3. Confidential Venue — Location and entry details are private and must not be shared.
4. Security Check — You consent to reasonable screening of your personal belongings and frisking. Refusal may result in denial of entry.
5. No Drugs / No Weapons — Zero tolerance. Violation leads to immediate removal and possible reporting to authorities.
6. No Outside Items — Outside alcohol, food, or prohibited substances are not permitted.
7. Alcohol Responsibility — If you drink, you do so at your own risk. Do not drink and drive. Arrange safe transport.
8. Conduct — No harassment, aggression, misconduct, or property damage. Follow host/staff instructions at all times.
9. Right to Remove — CLASP may remove any guest for safety, legal, or experiential reasons, without refund or explanation.
10. Property Damage — Any damage to the venue or property caused by you is your sole financial responsibility.
11. Medical Situations — Assistance may be arranged at CLASP’s discretion; all consequences and costs remain yours.
12. Assumption of Risk — Attendance is at your own risk. CLASP, its hosts, partners, and venues are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, or incident before, during, or after the event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
13. Media Consent — Photos/videos may be captured. By attending, you consent to their promotional use without compensation.
14. Event Changes — CLASP may change venue, timing, format, or cancel the event for safety or operational reasons.
15. Data Privacy — Information shared in the invite form is used only for event communication and not shared without consent.
16. Compliance with Laws — You agree to follow all applicable laws and venue rules.
